Val is pretty tom-boyish and sometimes tend to be rude. She's a straightforward person and tries to leave nothing back. Unlike Ruri, Val is better at close combat. She would rather take out her enemy from afar , but when it comes to close combat she is able to use kicks and fights well with her dagger. Ruri admires herself a lot and often times would try seducing an enemy into lowering its guard or to just have her way in general. She is ill-tempered when she's mocked or argued with. She likes to stand out a lot unless when it comes to hunting. Unlike Val, Ruri loves the male genitalia. She'll usually seduce men just for fun but doesn't like to take advantage of them unless she plans to eat him.

Both Val and Ruri argue with each other a lot and tend to get on each other's nerves, but they stay together like a family. They've both grown up together in their tribe until they decided to move out on their own.
