I won't lie - dog characters are not my cup of tea. Unless one has an active interest in them, it's hard not to be annoyed at all the furry/sentient quad dogs that float around the internet. It's just a matter of overabundance to me that makes the subject uninteresting. Yet, you art is not tiring, and not tired, even if a portion of it is part of a somewhat overused theme. You have a very personal take and style, which I really really enjoy.
On this one I particularly like the balance between completely black parts and pen lines - very decorative and effective.Β

Haha, I completely understand how annoying it must be, seeing those recycled canine character concepts over and over again... but it's delighting to hear that my work has something to offer, even if the subject of the drawings is not of one's interest!
