Eugh, I seriously need to learn to better estimate how long it takes me to make things, I kinda rushed through making this one for halloween, although a few extra frames for smoothing could certainly have made it flow better. Also experimenting more with workflows and tools.

I recall I had tried making something like this last year for halloween as well, but I was having a lot of trouble with the messy hair, am not sure if it has the same feel but it seemed ok to me.

This is a Loli Ruri, a kinda halloween-themed enemy from an old MMO, Ragnarok Online.
