Yes, like the first one. In Texas (where I lived before moving to NYC) it was a sure sign of tornado heading your way. If you see green sky, don't stand there and gawk! Get your butt and bod to the nearest tornado shelter immediately. Of course, NYC doesn't have anything like that but a Fallout shelter should double as tornado shelter if they're available.
