I like how your hand is kinda floating around, the lighting is perfect, and I don't mind the flame in black and white, I think it's brighter this way!

the color/glow around your fingers is perfect not to bright and not to dark

Good angle and the flame's light falling on your hand looks GREAT. 
The photo also seems vaguely sinister as well, as if something might be set aflame... anyways, good work! It looks cool~
