I just finished Silent Hill 4 the other night so I'm on a bit of a SH kick at the moment. Silent Hill =
I didn't like SH4 as much as the other games, though. It wasn't as scary. There wasn't a really intense 'dark' world and I didn't really like going through each area twice because you'd already gotten semi-used to the place. And those damn victim monsters! >:F I like monsters that you can permanently kill not ones that follow you around forever. >_< But anyway...Here is Heather and a trusty Steel Pipe. I can't remember if this was even a weapon choice in SH3 but it's in all the other games. Steel Pipe is cool. I chose Heather from Silent Hill 3 instead of Henry because she is my favourite SH main character. I love her commentary. Especially when you want her to stick her hand down the toilet.
I quite like how this pic turned out. It is actually a colour pic, but I couldn't get the colour of the background to match with her clothes and skin. I started playing with layer options and accidentally made it monochrome. It looked better that way so I left it and then retouched the blood.

And yus, the steel pipe IS a murder tool in SH3. It is, in fact, the most reliable weapon in silent hill 3... until you find the katana.

SH4 was supposed to be a spin off game or something and they changed it early in its development. I liked the story, and I have a healthy appreciation for action, which is what the game definitely had. SH3 is still my favorite for the amount of replay value it has.

Cute lil Heather!! I havent played SH3 cuz Im far from finishin SH2 and I want to follow the cronology, though like you said SH4 doesnt seem to fall in the same line as the other 3 but its still my first SH game I played and a faved one by me!!! And yeah Heather has more attitude than Henry, but asides from being a metrosexual clueless guy he s kinda ok I guess!!

SH 3 was the first of the SH series I ever played. Needless to say it scared the crap out of me, but I fell in love with it. Heather is my first and favorite SH character, she's adorable here x3
I love the expression on her face, it's just the kind of look you'd expect on someone's face after entering an alternate hell >>

it's bloody gorgeous, literaly! I beat SH 2 and 3, but I everytime I play 4 it freezes on me when I go down the hole in the closet and the disc is'nt even scratched! Any who, I love what you've done with this, I'm glad you did'nt color it becuase it looks so much better in black and white. ta!
