Please read:
This is a female torso I made out of clay. It is a part for an artwork I had to do for school, task was to make a piece of art in the style of Louise Bourgeois (If you don't know her, look her up!).
I decided to make some sort of combination between an "environment" and a "cell", dealing with the topics of emancipation and sexism.
In the finished Cell, the torso is hanging upside down in a house-shaped cage thing and on the floor there are phalli, breasts and pointed metal pipes pointing upwards.
Sadly, I couldn't take a picture of the finished Cell because I had to assemble it in school and couldn't take my camera with me.
I don't know when or if I can upload a picture of the whole thing, that depends on when or if I get it back.
