I honestly don't think I have anything negative to say about this. Great detail, good colour scheme. The linework is impression, as is the shading and the soft glow of the body. If anything, the only thing I can say you might need some work on is anatomy. It's mostly VERY good, but it does look a lil janky in the hip to the left and both arms. They all seem a little too short with the perspective just a little too off. It's a very easy fix. Otherwise, NICE. The cliff especially is just really pleasing to look at.
Keep up the good work, friend.

Pretty good fanart! I really do love the western comics style you did use for drawing this character, as well as how you used shades and lights for his body (or costume, no idea about him) and the cliff edge he stands on.
Effect of steam you used for part of background beyond the Steel Serval and cliff is also a great idea, especially because of the vision of being like covering the edge.
Light effects on character's body are adding vision of its being perfect to fight. In other words, by these effects we can be sure that this character is a good fighter, as well as muscules are not hidden.
