And yeah, I finally finished this. I suck at backgrounds, but I tried. Like the title implies, she's supposed to be in a city, on a sidewalk, and it's windy. XD

Anyway, Wars is my character. No touching.

PS: This is my second attempt at submitting this because the "mature content" thing wasn't working the first try... It wouldn't let me put no... or yes... and as all artists on here know, we have to choose one. But it wasn't letting me. ;_;
