An attempt was made to draw Strange Magic fanart! I lofe this movie so much that I HAD to draw something to celebrate it.Drew this sketch mostly from memory as a learning exercise on how to bloody hell draw these characters. Turns out I liked this pencil sketch a lot so I'm uploading it without colours.
Also, I honestly don't know what they're talking about. The drawing started with just Marianne and somehow the Bog King simply... appeared. He's probably complaining about lofe and Marianne is nodding grimly along.

It's not everyone's cup of tea. The beginning took some getting used to. And someone should have pointed out how it's a jukebox musical similar to Moulin Rouge or Glee. Not an original songs musical.
I actually only started to like it on my second re watch, once the initial shock was over and I knew what genre I was watching. Also, my mom likes it because it has "actual music" and not the "rubbish on the radio" now lol.

SUCH an under-appreciated movie! I mean, I'll be the first to admit I wasn't exactly impressed by what few trailers and images I saw. But when I actually sat down to watch it, I was like 'WHY ISN'T THIS A BIGGER THING??'
