He may have gone from conniving super villain with very few weaknesses, to obsessive mid-villain with a weakness of trying to kill his particular rival, to a raving lunatic with serious mental issues and tons of weak spots to bout... but these words are certainly true. (shame he didn't remain the same old Master, even after regenerating so many times.)

Yeah... to true... but every time he regenerated he seemed to get... how do I say it... less threatening... (because I found his last incarnation a bit tame and easily dealt with... even though it took over a year to do so...)
God if they made him a good guy I would officially announce the death of Death of doctor who myself...
