Wow, this piece is so lovely. It somehow grabs my attention, the subject sparks my imagination and the combination of colors is really exciting. The bright red almost makes the bird look like a phoenix. My compliments!

thats really great! i love your usage of warm and cool colors. what do u think of playing up the reflected red light a bit more from your bird on the skull? It may give it a surrealistic tone and provide a subtle conversation between the two. I love how u can only see half of the skull. Those little touches of highlight really highten the dramatic feel of the empty eye sockets. fantastic!
