Indeed it is. It is sad May bought the it's for beautifly excuse. It is good art I just couldn't resist it given scene saying that. Drew is only fooling May which is weird if he just say the truth he would be dating May by now nothing inappropriate just dating.

I'm hoping they'll be back for a 20th anniversary special (like what they did with Misty for the 10th anniversary) in like 2016 if they don't cameo before then.  It would be amazing to have the whole main cast appear for a movie or something. Either way, I'm crossing my fingers for them to show up! Even a Brendan cameo would be cool, as he is also one of my favorite characters from the games.

That would be amazing! I would love to see that but I'm not sure if the people that make Pokemon will do it... The other characters became like a distant echo right now. It's so sad, May and the other were amazing and lots of people would like to see their return. I have noticed one thing on the Pokemon anime, thought. When Misty left and May appeared, Misty appeared again. When May left and Dawn appeared, May appeared again. When Dawn left and Iris appeared, Dawn appeared again. It's like they put the characters back but for only that. I wish they would put them back for good. I mean, they took Brock out! Brock was the longest traveling partner Ash had ever had.

OMG! I would so buy that movie!

Awesome! I have never known much of Brendan, I just know that people pare him up with May because of the game.

Yeah that seems to be the pattern. :/ It's sad to think that Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie will probably also suffer the same fate eventually... Unless, dare I say it, the anime ends.... (Let's hope not XD)
It would be cool if they made a side series like they did with Pokemon Chronicles to follow the main characters/rivals other than Ash. It would make the show fresh and the newer audiences could learn more about the older characters (like Misty, Brock, and Gary). The show is getting old enough that it may need to "teach" new viewers about the old characters if they don't want to go through all the old episodes... It would also please fans of newer characters (Paul, Dawn, Iris, Cilan, even Brock? etc....) that don't really appear anymore. But I don't know if they'd actually do this. I would love it if they did.

I actually ship MayxBrendan (the GAME version of May, not the anime version!! Don't worry! XD) as well! I'm a total contestshipper for the anime-verse

Yep! :/ I know right, people get used to the characters and then they just throw them out not to be seen again... Let's hope not. It would be awful if that did happen.

I know what you mean, who would watch all of that, it would take like a year or more for them to catch up with all the episodes, movies and stuff about it. Pokemon Chronicles? What's it about?

I never really took a liking to them in that way and find them more like brother/sister friends. No offense, thought. I sometimes think that he and Brianna from the anime, might make a really cute couple. It can be debatable depending on the peoples opinion but I don't know. I find it cute and some fanfics had gotten me into it.

Pokemon Chronicles was a little side series they made for the anime that only had a few episodes. It followed the adventures of characters like Ritchie, Misty, Tracey who had parted ways with Ash and were off the show already. It also included the main characters from Pokemon Gold/Silver in a mini 2-episode special about Raikou (I think it's called "Raikou: The Legend of Thunder" if you want to look it up). It was kind of like a "what are the other characters doing while Ash is on his adventure?" kind of thing. It was really cool! But it was only a few episodes and they didn't start doing it again when May left the show... I wish they'd make more. You should definitely look them up if you're ever curious!

Ah, and that's totally fine. Part of the fun in shipping is that people support different pairings for different reasons. (Hey, we're both Contestshippers, so yay! ) Brianna and Brendan, eh? That might be cute too. I typically have separate ships for the games and anime (which is why I ship game!May with Brendan and anime!May with Drew) but I find how other people cross game/anime pairings to be very interesting.

Really?! That sounds amazing! Oh yeah, 'Raikou: The Legend of Thunder' I have never watched it but I have looked for a place to watch it every where. Never managed to find it thought!

Sometimes it's interesting to cross them like people do with Gary and Leaf. I must admit that ship has grown a lot on me, it's super cute.

Ahh, I see. Yeah, I understand. Like for the game one shipping and anime another. Like they are different people. Like with Sapphire and May! They look alike a lot but have different personalities!

Oh yea, it does look like it's hard to find online! There might be some other episodes of Pokemon Chronicles sprinkled around though.

I know right, they are just perfect and it works since Gary doesn't really have a girl partner. They pair him up with Misty or Dawn sometimes and even with May.

I bet the artists didn't plan on Drew becoming such a reoccurring character and so they didn't put much thought into his design... He's drawn so inconsistently over the episodes too... Poor Drew. He has some of the best character development for a minor character yet his design is so bad. I could go on but I'll stop now, haha. XD But I still love Drew, teal pants and all.
