Ozzie had been a VERY important character in my mind of all things. after seeing him in the Game, Epic Mickey, I had been interested by him ever since. especially after finding out about his past.

for a while as a child, he was basically my self-insert character before I knew how to make a persona. eventually, a few years after, sometime in 2018, when Casey became my official persona, so at some point, I stopped using him.

but he'd be a background character in Phantasmagoria. till now.

For the 2nd chapter, he'd be a prominent character, appearing as a resident of Wonderland, he'd first encounter Casey, where he's a petty thief, and tries to steal something from Casey, but gets apprehended by some Card Guards, apparently sending him to be executed, but Casey surprisingly defended him, saying he's but a Child, after he realized that the guards were nothing but a pack of cards, he pushed them aside, causing them to fall down on one another like dominos. and he grabs Ozzie's hand for them to run away.

yadda yadda, shenanigans ensues, till the adventure gets serious, where Ozzie gets abducted by The King of Hearts, with Casey managing to rescue him and the others, and when the King of Hearts reformes and fixes wonderland, Ozzie chooses to go with Casey to the human world, but ends up separated, but both still end up in Tokyo.
