Gina Carr grew up in a small city state in the hills outside the main Republic City Ironhoven (name in progress), a major iron export city. When the Second Republic Civil War broke out their city introduce a conscription order. All men and women of fighting age went through a mandatory medical examination and then they were given their options. When she turned in her medical file the conscription officer looked it over and gave her the following choices. "Your options are you can fight for the army or, if you refuse to fight, you will be expected to have a child with in the next few years to help replace the population we are likely to lose." Given this news she asked, "What if I refuse to have a child?" The officer looked at her and responded, "You will be exiled to the wilderness, which is currently a war zone, and will more then likely die." After some thought she signed her papers for the army and slammed the pen down and with disproving huff headed home to pack for the military. Her time in the City Defense Force gave her many different skills that proved very helpful when her path crossed with the Imperial Military. Since she had nothing to go back too, when they offered an opportunity to join their ranks, she didn't hesitate. While in boot camp they saw her potential and assigned her to the experimental special forces division Epsilon Delta. I do plan on doing a more detailed story later, but for now I will leave it here.
