The hands are too small. You should be able to cover your face with your hand pretty much. Make the standard "Oh my god, I can't believe someone lived down to my expectations" pose where you rest your face in your palm, and you'll see what I mean.

I'm also concerned about the length of the arm that is actually holding the bow. It looks wrong to me for some reason. I'm not sure if it is because the other arm is longer (Which if it is, it seems to only be slightly) or if it is something else. It could be eliminated entirely if you put it into a more dynamic pose, like a 3/4 view rather than the profile view that we have here. The ear is also a little small.

I would have used a lighter pencil line on the drawstring of the bow. At the moment it looks very thick, and it should look a little bit thinner than that, an illusion that can be achieved by making the line for it lighter.

I'm sure that you will continue to improve and will be a brilliant artist in the near future.
