Just remember that if you only use emissives to light your scene, you have to turn the camera headlamp off. It doesn't see emissives as lights, so the "when no scene lights" option keeps the headlamp on at all times.
It helps to turn "Environment Mode" to Scene Only, as well.

The overall lighting is soft because the light sphere next to the camera is huge- maybe 4 to 6 feet diameter, I don't recall.
