Description Name: Spell Write
Nicknames: Spell Right (the name he uses on legal documents)
Parents: Two uppity unicorns
Gender: Male?
Occupation: part time teacher, full time spell writer
Personality: Spell Write off the bat appears entirely aloof. He is rarely seen outside of his house, and when he is, he's always glaring, and walks with a certain air of confidence about him. Overall, he is strikingly quiet, in a frightening way. He does not voice his feelings or thoughts and works on his own, and if questioned will react violently or not at all. If he feels threatened by someone close to him, he is not afraid to, and will readily, break any part of them he can until they scamper off to assert dominance. If he finds the question not important, he simply won't react or offer anything in response, completely ignoring anything he doesn't care for. Spell Write is extremely self centered, not necessarily in the selfish way (though he certainly does in the selfish way!) but in that he thinks about himself, only, about all things. The most he gets aside from aloof is disgruntled, and reacts with nothing but his default glare and a slight frown- of course, again, ignoring his violent streak when confident. He also tries to keep himself appearing mysterious, and thus very little is known about him.
He wants to take over Equestria to gain the respect he believes he deserves, to bring up Changelings who are unfairly treated, and to give himself the resources readily to continue his endeavors into more powerful magics.
History: Spell Write was born into a highly regarded powerful unicorn family. They are your regular brand proud of their magic and heritage unicorns- so when Spell Write comes out with clear indicators that he has enough changeling blood in him to show, an unfortunate endeavor from cheating within the family that they had hoped to breed out but still remains, they are immediately disatisfied with Spell Write. He has always grown knowing he must prove himself, and grown knowing he would not be able to. He can't change his blood, and he can't change how his magic decays him. See, it works like this- Friendship is magic. You love your friends. So, love = magic. Changelings eat love, which, synonymously, means Changelings eat magic, and like all beings in Equestria, are made out of it. They need the magic that they consume to keep up their body (and through being starved they appear dark and spotty). When Spell Write takes his inherent magic and exerts it out, he literally loses bits of him and his strength- at his worst his legs and horn will get all swissy cheesy and his hair sparse. At his best, his horn is chipped.
Spell Write grows stunted from this, from not having parents who cared about him and in fact vocally disliked him, and all the pitfalls of that. He doesn't know how to deal with his emotions, and turns all of it into restrained rage. Rage that he was born how he was, that his magic and love poured out of him all the same. He finds the more he uses his magic it takes him apart physically, but mentally to. He lets the love out, and there's nothing left in him, not that there was much in the first place. So Spell Write half leaves and half gets kicked out of his family, moving to Ponyville, which has a lowkey community of Changelings. Changelings and every creature are now accepted in Equestria, sure, legally, but socially? They still suffer, encouraged to look more "pony" and less natural and comfortable as themselves. They find comfort only in their siblings, which even is discouraged- ponies are uncomfortable with Changelings banding together in fear of resistance.
Spell Write doesn't care about all that. He rents a room with fellow part Changeling, Jewel, who is extremely eager, and although he teases, readily obeys Spell Write. He's unable to use his magic, both naturally bad at spell casting and literally physically and mentally harming himself by doing so, and since he only has a bit of Changeling blood in him, it's not like he can absorb others love easily. To fix this, he pours over ancient tomes to figure out a more... Easy way of using magic for him. Spell writing. Locked up in his and Jewel's house, readily cared for by Jewel who goes out of his way to help Spell Write in any way possible, he first endeavors to find ways for him to absorb other ponies magic. This is dark magic, obviously, and either requires strong magic or outside corrupting forces, neither of which Spell Write it interested in playing with. So after months of going after loose threads and ultimately getting nothing from it, he branches out into two related concepts- other ways to consume other creatures magic (if every creature is made out of magic, is it in their blood? Like an IV drip, if you put in additional latent magical blood into, for example, him, would he absorb the magic?) and making spells more linear and easier to cast through loopholes so he can actually use magic. Spell Write is extremely talented in these endeavors and extremely smart with his conclusion making, and he has a creature extremely similar to him to test on- Jewel.

Trivia:
- Has princess body, but not princess size. With long lanky limbs, large barrel, and sleak face, he greatly resembles the various princesses... But he's only a few hands larger than your average stallion. Keeping the same proportions but scaled down, though, leaves him having stick thin limbs (comparitively to other ponies).
- Pretends to be non part Changeling to get jobs as teachers for additional low brow testing on unsuspecting children as Spell Right.
- His cutie mark as well as the rest of his body will decay and get holes in it with magic use.
- Good friends and room mates with Jewel. They bounce love off of each other, though Spell Write is noticeably forced. Spell Write and Jewel bonded due to both being part changeling and clinging to the idea of being a pony. They find that they can relate to each other on a surface level, but really don't have a lot in common, and aren't too familiar with each other. Jewel cheerfully and blissfully ignores this, attempting to become closer to Spell Write, often trying to engage in conversations that Spell Write rarely returns, while Spell Write only really uses him for experiments. Often Spell Write will, while not telling him what is going to happen, hook him up to dangerous machines or conduct mysterious spells upon him to see the results, of which most are painful or cause near death experiences. Despite this causing a seed of distaste towards the other pony, Jewel tries to ignore it and give him the benefit of the doubt.
- They HATE!!! Blood Moon. Literally "attack on sight" hatred, grabs anything with his limited telekinesis and throws it as hard as he can at him, intending for death or permanent damage kind of hate. See, Blood Moon (bio pending) is a unicorn from a high magical family, like Spell Write, and like him he came out slightly wrong. But his family still pretended to love him, and he left to Ponyville on his own accord. Not being kicked out when Spell Write was, when they should be the same, infuriates Spell Write, especially since Blood Moon is so pretentious about magic useage and how limited it should be.
- Not opposed to dark magic.

Look! One of my OCs, unrelated to any of the real my little ponies. WOW! What you might notice as I make some more of the bios for my original characters is that I LOVE changelings, so much. I love changelings more than i love ANYTHING else in the show! theyre my absolute favorite.
