Full view is best- especially as this is a transparent PNG and it doesn't look good with the solid black background.
Another commission from another friend- this one being a huge Vector fan. He wanted to see Vector in a different set of duds, so here he is.
Critique is encouraged! Already aware of the weirdness with the hands, though. But if there's something else, please point it out!

I think this is very well formed and shaded (I like the occasional scales, BTW). The inks are very well done too; very clear and very smooth. The only thing that even slightly bugs me is the right arm (left from his view point), and even then it's only the shading. The way it looks it looks semi-3D, like it's popping up from the rest of the drawing, and kinda clashes just a tiny bit. I unfortunately have no clue what to even suggest to fix it... I just happened to notice it. I mean, other than that one little thing it looks fine.
