I'm happy to accomplish this, despite my flaws. I finished earlier in October 2021, and felt inclined to post this later for November.November is epilepsy awareness month, and as a parent and caregiver to a child with epilepsy, I want to bring raise this awareness.
Both Anilede and I have been through this journey as medical parents for nearly six years, and we've endured many trials over the course of our son's lifetime on earth.
And, for those who suffer from this malady, or those who might know somebody who does, remember their struggle. And for any parents who care a child with this infirmity, know that you're not alone. Purple is for epilepsy awareness. Also, I used a little bit of teal, which is an awareness for laryngomalacia.
Mercy is my favorite character on the Hero roster from Overwatch. She's in the support class, and also first responder. So, using Mercy for medical awareness is no coincidence.
