Actually, she was just comforting Tabs at that moment in time, they were both bound in the trunk of the car

After a few minutes of struggle the brunette agent managed to cut the tape that bounded her hands behind her back. She immediately used her newly-freed hands to remove the rest of the duct tape from her body, which proved to be an awkward maneuver in such a tight space, causing more friction and rubbing... and more involuntary wetness between the blonde's inner thighs. Rose then proceed to free her comrade in distress. She carefully stripped the duct tape from Tabatha's mouth and unwrapped all the tape from her nude, quivering body. Once free, the scared -and highly aroused- girl wrapped her arms around Rose, burying her crying face in her savior's overly-generous chest. Rose ran her hand through one of Tabatha's cute pigtails in a motherly way, attempting to calm her. βIt's all over now, honey. It's all overβ she whispered.
