I don't hate Roger Ebert. He just take the movie for what it is. I wonder what his opinion would be if he knew the games. Remember, he hated the Last Airbender movie too, but he wasn't against the animated series.

Um... The movie sucked. All those sucked. Resident Evil is a good videogame series, and that is the far that it goes.

The way you put it make me think you like the crappy sorylines of videogame series as Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy. Sorry, but it is all rubish. Isn't what videogames are about.

I don't like Ebert, but that was just common sense.

i hate critics, good thing i dont follow what critic say because if there is a movie worth seeing I just go see it (and i judge how a movie does) BTW: the resident evil movie ROCKS!! i cant wait till the thrid one

All right this guy is nutz... he has a few good points... but he seems to miss the important thing of the film... main characters... what I've seem on the trailler this film is for FANS espetially when you see the Game Chars... to makes its way into the film... the other cool stuff of the RE saga including the games are the zombies... Ebert seems to miss the usefull that could be the T-virus on the war battlefield there is were Umbrella corp. takes it power from... and I'm sure this is not the lats RE movie we'll see... anyway... let's just NEMESIS to take care of Ebert from now on... Muahhhaha
