My coloured version of Jessica Rabbit, the voluptous bombshell and wife of a cartoon rabbit (yeah, it does sound like a joke). I wanted to give her dress a sparkly look, but I couldn't figure out how... well, it looks glossy now.P.S.: Please, does anyone want to help a fellow artist and suggest some way to improve my "background skills"? I dunno, techniques, books, whatever? Except for the Mulan pic, most other backgrounds so far have left me with a "meh" feeling (except for perhaps Harley Quinn's, which look kinda twisted just like her mind). It will be much appreciated.
Hey, maybe even a joint venture with someone who does good backgrounds, and I supply the figures?

I just looked at your Fa Mulan piece.If you can draw like this,you don't need any help with your backgrounds.....take it from somebody who works in MS Paint.

Yeah, you have a point. To tell you the truth, I didn't realize until you said it. I may have taken the "cartoon" aspect of hers a bit too seriously here, he he. I've never been too good with drawing feet on high heels/ stilettos, but that's what practice is for.

I know, I kinda suck at lighting effects, but practice makes perfect. Maybe I can correct it and give it less intensity.
