I got to give it to you, the older Powerpuff Girls look great. Their facial expression fit their personalities very well. I love both the pencil and ink versions.

Yeah...I wonder what is it about the rebel/badass of the group that people like so much...it's like that whole anti-hero thing I guess. Even more so with Buttercup here, as I personally find gals with moxy sooooo sexy! She oozes it in this pic! (Not so much on the actual cartoon, but she's still my fav out of the three!)
