This was a learning experience :/

I'm not very good with Cortel, and the layers keep stacking up because I have no idea how to mess with 'em correctly XD
It's still fun, and the coloring is much easier than Paint or Fresh Paint
The glow FX was nice too...

Yeah...creepy Bill is...not so creepy because everybody loves him that way. I'll be honest, I kinda just wanted to (finally) draw a background, so I selected the very first drawing on my intuos file and worked with that. Didn't really work hard on it afterwards. See that nice shade of blue? That's me not wanting to get a reference pic and color it in appropriately. Bluh. This is probably an overused idea anyway.
