Look at this SON that I have foUND-Honestly Richter was only ever meant to be a role fulfillment character in Kaital's story, I was never even going to really give him an official design other than "he had blonde hair and a bandanna" but, like all my shitlord sons, I got Attached.png and now he's basically another FC on par with Kaital, Cyla, and Lucielia.
In short, he's an imperial ex-guard who now works as a handler for freelance assassins and mercenaries. He also serves as Lucielia's right hand man, and is her adopted son of sorts.

I like the coordination of his design it all works really well together! Like the bandanna
and feather and how the colors aren't reused but still in the same range to make them
work together without being bland to loOk at..

Thank yoU. The clothing in Oblivion is,, an aesthetic trainwreck and I couldn't find any kind of outfit from the vanilla clothes I wanted for him, so I kind of just grabbed some clothes that could work in that time period. I need to work on outfit design a lot more with my characters. I'll use this outfit as a placeholder though for noW, until I find an outfit more TES lore friendly.
