getting better in this one , but your text reflection looks not so good , it needed to be softened a bit more for better realism. The dark style you went with is better in this than last dark layotu , as it's less pixelated , still a wip , but it's getting there.

i think you can have some problems, when you'll turn this to html. This because of bottom shadow...
and i think you coold make the menu look more realistic - i mean there is no need to have 'home' link for every item
