the aqua glow light looks nice , butt he rest is overdone imo , still as you did say it's a wip , so it's all good.

nice, but u have used too much gradients. maybe try using brushes and edit shadows - make them black, more transperent and add them to all template parts. Well and it's very choppy... try anti-aliashing... huh?
