Marrazan and MillieJonasen started a project to create Overwatch characters with a bit extra added. Hyperwatch was born!This was a while back, I loved the idea and recently was given the chance to join in when one of their 'offense' people dropped out. So, I gladly added Celesse to the roster.
Then I got anxious, and designed her outfit myself. XD
Based a bit on a couple OW characters, and Saryn Prime from warframe, and a lil xenomorph tossed in for good measure.
