Okay, so here is the Wind Circle. Same rules apply here as the previous, only members of the elemental family of wind can use it, so no need for the crest, blah, blah, blah....I wanted this one to kinda be twirly, like a tornado kinda thing, perhaps that what would be casted using this circle...I dunno....the symbols in the smaller circles were completely random...I don't really know much about them.
