Tools: Mouse, SAIHe is my OC.
His name is Halley Estherius aka humanize form of the comet name Halley.
He use to be more older than this but I want him to look like a boy XD
I'm a bit confuse with a shading and lighting =_=
I will fix my mistake next work ;.; Maybe Silhouette
I better sleep more.

I like him a lot here, he has a sweet look on his face, and it's really r=great - although I would also like to see hime more... Grow up. X'D I like a lot the way you color his skien, even if the hair could have been more details... Here it's a little strange, but it's still okay because it suits him a lot x')

The design and the color schemes are great ! Everything works very well together, for instance I love the blue/green shadows on the pants, it really helps to tie the design ^^
The blue light emanating from his hand is another example of your great attention for detail !

Well it won't necessary be very easy with a mouse, but my advise would be to treat the lights and shadows more "specifically"
For instance in the hair you've drawn several different strands but you've applied one single gradient over them. You could try to shade each strand individually, giving them their own highlight, shadows, etc. I've done a quick paintover here .
I've also made some small changes on the face. You can also try to apply lighting more specifically to each part. For instance I've assumed the light was coming from the top-left. So I've put light on the top plane on the nose and shadow on the side plane. I've also put light on the bottom lip and cast a shadow underneath, etc.
I'm not good at cell-shading so my paintover butchered your rendering but hopefully you'll see the point

Actually the thing you could improve is his clothes: there's no folds (I don't even know if that's the right word!) on them except for the scarf. Otherwise his silhouette is very cool!

I can only put them out as a silhouette. My first OCs is Princess Camilia

I keep practice it but still don't understand them yet but I don't give up XD

That's the idea! Never giving up! Actually I gave up once, because I started to draw manga et the age of 8. But by that time I had no friends, the other children were mean to me, and I was a sort of outcast; so when I started to draw, the others made fun of my drawings and even torn up some of them. It was very traumatising. I started to draw again years later, when I was in middle school, and at that time my exboyfriend (our relationship ended badly, so there was a sort of permanent tension between us after) kept telling me that my characters were skinny and anorexic. It pissed me off, but I didn't give a damn and kept on!
And now thanks to my obsession I think I manage to do acceptable drawings (even if I admit today that the characters I drew in middle school were actually skinny XD)!
So: keep on drawing your OCs whatever happens!! I support you!

Exactly! This is how I see life daily. And my goal is to do the greatest things in my life so I'll regret nothing later, besides telling me that I'm going to do way better than the people of my primary school!
