Nice architecture photograph. I disagree with LayersToReality—I think the contrast is subtle, andd gently emphasizes the foreground.
The lines of the building drwa my eye to the corner of the walkway, and the people standing nearby (who are still and clear), but then to the blurry moving people.
I think the image would be stronger if all of the people were clear (this might not have been possible due to exposure constraints), or if they were all very blurry. Maybe I'm not getting it, but it seems like the poeple are the focus of the image, and I'm not really sure wha to think of them.
Overall, a nice image with good patterns and visual motion.
