There was a time when I was very happy with this picture.
That time has past. O_x Okey, not entierly, or else I wouldn't upload it.

I started trying to draw Coram, my little pirate elfling, several weeks ago, but the thing never came out right. Finaly I put the sketch aside and started drawing some other stuff, but...I really Wanted to draw Coram! So I started drawing him in an other pose, with an other expression on his face (on the other one he was smiling a bit and had an awkward pose), and after some serious studies of the lovely hunks Orlando Bloom, Justin Timberlake and Josh Hartnett - he was suddenly there!

To begin with the hair came out perfectly; the thing I'd feared the most. But no, it was Great! Then I was about to scan it in. "The outline is too loose - I'll just fill it in a little bit". Bad, bad idea. I ended up messing it all up and the GAWD DAMN RUBBER FRAKKED IT UP EVEN WORSE! I used a shitty rubber and the hair got all greyspotted. *argh!* Now it looks like a damn helmet! XO But...I think I managed to bleach the grey with help of the scanner, paint and a lot and a LOT of patience. ^_^

I am most pleased with his eyes and lips. Mmm, bad boy elfling... *s* The clavicle I think is too high, though... *hm*

And yes, next time he will be naked.
