For - she has said to me that she's working on something Mass Effect related for me, so I feel I owe her one!!! Anyway, this is just the dragon version of one of her favourite Hunger Games characters - President Coriolanus Snow. I promise I'll draw him properly someday, it's just that I plan on drawing him with Seetam, my main dragon OC. I think those two could totally hang out - they're both so wicked!!! I think this came out quite well, actually! I never expected that drawing a character I'd never drawn before - AND in dragon form, too - would be so rewarding!!!

Ugh, one of the downsides of drawing on A3 paper - my camera messed up the colours a little, you might want to zoom in when viewing, so you can see the blood...

Oh, and by the way, DO NOT ask me to draw the Capitol flag ever again. DO NOT. I'm not 100% happy with it, and I wasted nearly my whole red pencil colouring it in...
