My scanner hates me

Anyway, I felt like drawing Seetam, my original dragon bad boy, again, seeing as I've never done a full body sketch of him before. I know in my stories and such he's usually described as bipedal, but whenever I draw him, he almost always comes out as a quadruped. Oh well. As a shapeshifter, he doesn't have to stick to just the one form!
