This is Wyeskrela (pronounced: "wise-kreh-la"), a quiet and mysterious young voodoo apprentice with a dark past.

History:
I started developing this character when I was in Burbank CA, after another long "thinking session" regarding villains in my story, ONEIROS. I have nothing much to share about her yet, so uhmmm....my apologies this time.
