Good composite. In general you did pretty darn good for a first time. The trap most often fallen into with these kinds of composite is wrong shadows. Luckily you did not have to worry about that (unless you removed the shadows digitally, lol).

It looks like you extracted the sitting you from another photo and placed on the end of the bed. That is based on the small amount of halo/fringe along the selection edges on the upper body and the dark equivalent on the lower body selection edges.

To perfect it, you could distort the legs a little where they press into the bed's cross bar, as the body weight would naturally do. Then clean up the selection edges along your right right biceps/triceps, and along the inside and outside of you right leg and the inside of your left leg.

Though I do have to agree with some of the previous comments. It does seem like you've had sex with someone and regretted it afterwards. Only when I found out when you used yourself did I think. Eeeww. Adds new meaning to the words "Go screw yourself"
