Wonderful take on Angrboda! And I love her philosophical view on having a daughter who is both a goddess and a queen.
My own headcanon is that Loki used magic to convince everyone at Ragnarok that he and Fenrir and Jormungandr and Sleipnir (and Hel and Sigyn, if need be) were all killed, when really they got away to live happily -- or at least safely and contentedly -- ever after. *looks innocent* What? I like a happy ending. I also like imagining that Sleipnir bucked Odin off right into Fenrir's jaws. Got to side with your family, man.

Ahaha thankyou!!!
I don't think Loki has warp reality or illusion magic in Norse Mythology but that would be interesting :^0 You seem to have a very AU approach to Norse Myths, which isn't a bad thing ahahah!

Most welcome! *grins* Loki has had a long time to plan Ragnarok, so I figure he's worked out some pretty elaborate means to reach his ideal end. (And I do tend to spend lots of time in AU territory, but it's fun over here!) You never know -- maybe Angrboda joins Loki and the rest of his loved ones after the Aesir fall, so they're reunited as one big happy family.

I hope you don't count Sigyn as a loved one.

Sigyn as a loved one, or not, really depends on what interpretation you're currently using. I've seen very convincing takes in which Loki loves Sigyn, and others -- just as convincing -- in which she's more like a millstone around Loki's neck. I'm flexible, myself -- I'll go with what works in whichever universe I'm playing in at the time. *grins*

I mean, I personally want to punt her through a wall (Or at least my version, who is an abusive, raping piece of scum...I also hate her because she gets in the way of my shipping)
But yeah, Loki and Sig don't mix in my opinion. Gospel of Loki got that right, he should've been with Angie.

The Sigyn in "The Gospel of Loki" is certainly one of the terrible Sigyns, and one Loki should stay far, far away from. *grins* Have you ever read Alis Franklin's "Liesmith: Book 1 of the Wyrd" and its sequel? It has a very impressive take on Sigyn.

Isn't he dating a dude in that?
I prefer my Loki for the ladies, so no.
And again, I don't care, I hate Sigyn, she gets in the way of my shipping.

In "Liesmith," Loki is courting the reincarnation of Sigyn, who happens to be male. (Which doesn't bother me, since I like Loki pansexual, but tastes differ.) There's a book by Dennis J. Barton called "Ragnarok," in which a modern-day Loki finds himself living with Angrboda and a more-than-slightly insane Sigyn and several of the children. And C. Gockel's series "I Bring the Fire" has a fascinating take on Loki and all the rest of the Norse gods (her Loki being heterosexual in this life, though not in all of them).

Ragnarok sounds good. How does it all play out? -I don't mind spoilers-
Also, I have read I Bring the Fire and my heart still hasn't recovered. I SWEAR THAT SERIES NEARLY MADE ME CRY.
Also, where the hel do you get all these books. They're so hard to find.
And my Loki is a straight one as well, but that's only mine. My Loki is a good boy though.

Barton's "Ragnarok" is a strange and wonderfully twisty tale, focused on "Lucky," the sheriff of Ragged Rock County -- an odd place inhabited by a wide variety of non-humans -- who lives with his wives Ann and Siggy, their children Helen and Jordy, and their dog Fenway. Lucky has been charged with keeping the peace in his county, by order of the Aesir gods, and he counts one of the gods -- Thor -- as a friend. And from there, well, things get a bit weird. But in a really entertaining way!
Another book you might like is "Bauldr's Tears: A Retelling of Loki's Fate" by Alydia Rackham. Her Loki is awesome, and I love the fact that his hair and eye color change with his mood.
There's an interesting series by Jennifer Willis, which was initially called "Valhalla" but is now called "Rune Witch" (five books out so far), which mostly centers on a young witch who winds up working with the Norse gods. There's a futuristic science fiction tale called "In the Shadow of Giants" which has the Norse gods at war with the Chinese gods. There's a series by Tessa Gratton which seems to be variously called "Gods of New Asgard" and "The United States of Asgard." And there are others...!

I always thought she was a frost giantess, but I like yours to. Maybe not the nose ring though.

I don't think they ever mentioned she was a frost giantess (but I'll go check lmao) :^0 I've just always imagined her as a large dark monstrous beauty, haha! But the fun thing with giants is they can shift their form to be whatever they choose.

Again, I still like yours, just not the nose ring. I always found those ugly.
Loki still loves her though. You gotta draw them cuddling or something
