hope u'll like this one, Im strong into winter themes atm xD
Took me forever to lighten my eyebrows using white eyeshadow (that's all I have to use xD)
I've always wanted to do a bit of an ice queen look.
The point of this look is to give it a washed out feeling, and a bit hollow.
