Description
So here's that vector with the "third member" of the group of friends I discussed here . A little less confident with this one—two of the ponies were made from different parts of different stallions before being put together and being traced over, and might not be, er, completely anatomically correct. With this vector I wanted to try three different head orientations, though one of them was originally going to be the "3Q with both eyes", I couldn't make it fit, so I went with the "profile" head orientation.

This is that grouping that I'm getting behind, composed of Star Hunter, Crescent Moon, and Mercury*, which really I'm only grouping based on their cutie marks being space and night sky-related. Besides that, as I noted , Crescent Moon and Star Hunter appear together once in the show, and there was one piece of fan art floating around putting Mercury and Star Hunter together. Besides that though, I liked Mercury before I started liking the other two, and thought he'd fit into this group nicely.

Lately I've been likening my own depiction of Crescent Moon to my own personality, but the only real significant part worth mentioning is being shy, which I also took from Gameloft's depiction of him through a certain recolored unicorn. Besides that, I wanted to think of the group's members being unrelated to Doctor Who whatsoever, so he's somepony who wants to escape being mistaken for a Time Lord, and is usually a follower.

In contrast, Star Hunter is more outgoing and brave, in other words, basically Rainbow Dash to Crescent Moon's Fluttershy, though he's not all aggressiveness that his color scheme might suggest, at least to me.

Mercury's overall look had that "nerdy" impression to me, so of the three he's probably the smartest, or like the group's Twilight Sparkle minus the "leader" characteristic. That said, he can be the "mediator", so to speak, between Star Hunter and Crescent Moon.

(Though all three appeared in "Wonderbolts Academy", I was exhausted by the end of this and didn't give them their uniforms and goggles as much as I like the uniform, maybe another vector?)

* - The pony I am referring to as "Mercury" was actually named Milky Way on MLP Wikia at the time of upload, having received the most upvotes during the naming period on the relevant thread in r/lisofponies. However due to the existence and popularity a certain milkmare OC, to avoid association with them, I'm referring to him as Mercury as he is on Derpibooru . As of Enterplay's CCG in 2014, he's been named "Starry Eyes"...wait what?
