in brutal harsh

and I erupt in a
RAINBOW
Of rage
CRIMSON SPILLS
BUBBLEGUM SCARS
BLACK EYES
VIOLET BRUISES
Making him my personal canvas
and painting a picture of righteous vengeance
The next day
you come to me
your cheeks tinged
with an innocent
BLUSH
and embrace me tentatively
silence saying more than words
