This is a lovely piece of work that shows a tremendous amount of improvements in your workings of character design and the exploration and appearance of colouring used. What you've done as final concept certainly shows just how much attention goes into just one character as wel as how animated your style has become through your learning and exploration of your combination of Anthro and Anime combined. There certainly is a lot of animation to be had here, mainly through the well expressed facial design and slender structure of her physic that makes her a illustrative portrayal of work. The expression alone shows just how far you've come by the way she looks onto the viewer with her eyes with a little element of cheekiness without going beyond with an expression that could have ruined this design, yet instead go for something that says alot in such a small way.
Colouring is very nicely approached and designed with the interesting blend of cell shading and soft brush work in additional areas that allow for a nice blooming effect to come across on the character.
