Description
Background:
Programmed to track down and capture criminals. However, due to one particular incident the criminal was killed. The Hound was supposedly terminated from official work and became involved with bounty hunting and assassination for hire. Still programmed to rid of the evil the world has, the Hound uses his abilities to prevent future tragedies from happening by targeting those as young as children whom shall grow up to be criminal masterminds, serial killers, mobsters, black market traffickers, etcetera. His mission is simple; find the target, if it resists, eradicate it from the world. There are no second chances.

Abilities:
-Time Travel: The ability to travel though lengths of time for a limited time. The limited time is 24 hours. Once the Hound has travelled through that specific pocket of time in that 100 mile radius, it cannot return at any point.
-Finger Gun: While most Hound androids simply fire stunning agents into their targets, the Hound has modified his gear to range from sleeping rays, paralysis, to lethal bullets, etcetera. It's arms are built to capture, first and foremost.
-Combat Awareness: Enhanced with an ingrained sense of military tactic combat, the Hound is highly skilled in most forms of fighting. He is an aggressive unit when provoked.

Important Notes:
-The Hound will not attack civilians unless they specifically assist the target via attacking the android. Even still, the Hound will use stunning agents first.
-The Hound is around 400 pounds in weight due to his body being composed by metals and wiring.
-The Hound's current target is one Anthony Swift.
