Sarah was so focused on the bizarre events unfolding before her that she didn't immediately notice changes to her body. But as she spoke to the gummy bear, she found herself having to tilt her head further and further up to look at it. Her lab coat, once a perfect fit, now seemed to have become too big for her.

"What do you mean, 'I'll decide your fate to alleviate your boredom'?"Sarah asked, her voice pitched higher than usual. "Are you saying you can change my life or something?"

"I can give you a new life," the gummy bear replied, its small body vibrating with an almost otherworldly energy. "A life filled with excitement and wonder, a life where you will never be bored again."
Sarah's eyes widened as she realized the gummy bear's meaning.

"You're going to turn me into a gummy bear?" she exclaimed, incredulous. "Is that even possible?"

The gummy bear, with a smile seemingly frozen onto its gelatinous face, gave her a single nod.

"Yes, it is. And it's already begun."
