Description
It's known as the Otherworld Rift. It's typically off-limits to even the most renowned war heroes and governments, and is heavily patrolled by the four most advanced civilizations as a way to prevent any lunatics from entering the realm of space, and also to destroy anything that so happens to emerge from it that could threaten this universe.

To many, it's believed to be a portal to another world. This isn't correct. This is the intersection between tens of universes. We don't own it; the universes intersecting here are transitory, disappearing and reappearing at random. We don't know if the same universes are reappearing or if they constantly are changing, but they bubble in and out anywhere from a period of a few minutes to ten years. We haven't, and don't intend to send anyone into it, but we do salvage any scrap that might float through the region to research and study, so that we can better understand what these other universes might be like, and how much we need to worry about potential threats.
