"Shina! where are you going?" Tails dashed across the room to stop his blue friend from exiting the house. "um..." Shina stood there, thinking of an excuse to tell the brainy little fox "Well, IIIII'm gooooiiiing.... to my dads!" she said, hoping he would'nt remember that he comes to pick her up, and with her sister too. Tails stood there in the doorway, his stare kept and unmoveing. "No your not. That's a lie!" he was turning a bit red because he was worried about his friend scence the recent accedent. "... Fine. you caught me." The hedgehog sighed and went over to the fox boy. "Tails, I need to leave. I'm joining an army force, and you cant stop me" she knelt down to the now shaking fox and gave him a reassuring smile. "No! You can't do that! You're gonna get killed!" "No I wont Tails. Its like the freedom fi-" "NO ITS NOT!" Shina was shocked at the fox's unusual reaction, differant from his calm and collected reactions when sonic rushes into battle. "Its NOTHING like the freedom fighters! Your are'nt attacking swatbots Shina! Your killing /REAL/ people!" He was now crying, and Holding onto Shina "Tails, i know... But i /have/ to do this. please, Tails. Just lemme go."She hugged the small fox, and then started to leave. "Wait!" Tails called out to her one more time. there was something he needed to know. "Is.... is this because of Shadow?" he asked, wanting to know the truth this time. "... Yes." Shina looked at the ground for a minute then left without another word. Tails watched as as his friend leave.
