Nice, but lacking in tonal variation. There should be blacks and whites, as well as grays. Pencil drawings like this one with low contrast tend to look flat. Also, people rarely smile so widely that both rows of teeth show. Usually only the top row is visible. But the heads themselves are very nicely proportioned
