Just doing my little part to spread the word."As you may have heard, there's been an 8.9 earthquake and tsunami devastating Japan very badly. The whole world is trying their best, to support and help over this terrible disaster. Even the design community has risen to do their part."

I'm from Australia and I would like to donate via text, but this Red Cross is American right? what would happen if I text this place?

check up with Australian red cross I suppose, I fear that if you text this number, you might be charged $10+ just on long distance charges :S
just keep an eye/ear on the news, Im sure they'll let you know what number to text for donations.
