Very nice drawing. It's definitely a different side of Sir Hellsing, her expression especially gives a predatory feel to it.
Since it's my guess you're going for a manga style with this, it should be noted that the great majority of manga-ka use a slightly heavier line to outline the character than any of the inner lines, and a lighter line still for details. It's something to keep in mind when inking if you want a more authentic look.
