Personality: Extremely curious and inquisitive and level headed for a stallion. Calm enough he could easily be used as a schooling horse. Not much seems to bother him or spook him, nearly a bomb proof horse, but he does not like cats.

Background: No one is entirely sure where this stud was born or why he was bred in the first place. Perhaps someone was trying to make a more colorful sport horse with breeds not normally crossed, perhaps someone was trying to see what two breeds crossed might look like...another possibility was this poor thing was the result of an unwanted breeding and thus tossed into the auction world. Sold first as a high performance yearling, he found his way back into the auction a year later as a two year old with no potential. From then on he passed from inexperienced owner to inexperienced owner, never learning anything of use, but becoming the most bomb proof horse BCS has ever seen. Why he wasn't gelded, no one is entirely sure. BCS found him at an auction where kill pens were bidding hot. Of course we couldn't let a precious thing like him go to waste, so after an intense bidding war, BCS won out and was able to bring Patch to his forever home. Hopefully with experienced hands, this cutie will grow into a fine competing horse.
